From this morning..irreversible pulpitis.. Crack on the mesial wall but no isolated pockets.. The mb2 took forever to negotiate and then ended up joining the mb1. Nice curve on both mb and db.

One of those cases where I wasn't sure if it's worth going for endo. While you want to save every tooth, you have to consider the patient is paying out of their pocket and need to give them real world odds. Most of my colleagues would take the tooth out as the poll shows. I think it comes down to gauging patients expectations and their acceptance to a guarded prognosis. Two visit treatment with a 6 month follow up. Must say, was not expecting this when I took the xray. Chuffed nonetheless.

nice furcal healing for a two visit endo..scouted the lateral with No 15 k with lots of hypo activation.
the 8mm initial probing in the furcation is back to normal..asymptomatic and functional..

Amazing healing on the LL5. Patient did not come back for the crown or restoration of LL6 for years until the LL6 started to hurt. Zoe sealer on ll5 and bioceramic on LL6.. All asymptomatic..

Heavy Bruxist.. Palatal wall broken off with subgingival extension.. palatal gingivectomy with pre-endo build up done with single visit endo of the premolar. Only found the third canal when I was about to obturate. Fibre post and core to finish.. vertical crown to follow.

Referred for endo after a deep filling. Finished with 25 4% and obturated using hydraulic bioceramic using ceraceal.. nice curves on the MB root.

You get a tooth like this and the patient is completely asymptomatic. No isolated pockets. G2 mobility.. You're thinking to yourself is the patient better off with an extraction here or should I try with endo. Would you go for endo in a case like this?

3 year review of a 36 with 3 mesial canals(MM confl into Mb) . Patient came in to get another tooth looked at, still has not crowned this one😭. Hot modified technique using endo seal.

Two year follow up of lr5 with the distal wall coming back to life. Verti crown to follow.

37 yo with a huge lesion.. 2 visit endo with CH for two weeks and modified bioceramic obturation using Ceraseal.. 6 month review on the second last slide and 10 month review on the last.

2 visit endo of a lr5 with DME. nice lateral canal with decent healing after 10 months.. Plan on doing a verti crown once pt is ready (hopefully soon)

Premolar dressing up as a molar for Halloween.. Single visit endo... Fibre reinforced comp..might get away without cuspal coverage on this one.

4 month follow up of an 11 yo with history of trauma last year. Two visit endo with Calcium hydroxide dressing (3rd slide). One can appreciate the lateral canal leading to the lateral lesion. The apex was about 0.55mm, I used a custom 6% gp with hydraulic bioceramic (ceraseal) technique. Both apical and lateral lesions healing well after 4 months.

Lr7 with roots desperately close to IAN. I wanted to just do single cone with bioceramic sealer and you can appreciate the 4th slide with just the sealer and cones. the distal compaction was not to my liking so ended up with WVC which led to the lateral canal filling up as well. The patient flew to Australia the next day... Will post a followup if he comes home for xmas.

2 year follow up of ur5 with a decent sized PARL and a vertical crack running M-D. Patient disappeared after the treatment and only came back for another tooth. Radiolucency all healed up and no symptoms whatsoever.. Time to do that overdue crown.

6 month review of a retreatment of lr5. Bridge sectioned, crown, post and gp removed.. Very active infection but all dried up on the second go with CH dressing. Hyflex one file. Tug back was not great so did squirt technique with endoseal bioceramic sealer. Fibre post and comp build up.

Not sure about replacing the bridge or just getting a new crown on this with an implant on 7..What do you guys think?

Ur6 with a nice apical spit on the palatal. Hyflex edm and wvc with ceraseal. Ref back to GD for resto.

Radix on a 3.7 with a sharp apical curve on the distal.
Prep with Hyflex one file and obturated with hot modified bioceramic using ceraseal.
